Niamh joined the AsIAm team in August 2022, taking up the role of Employment Officer on the Adult and Wellbeing team. Niamh’s role involves supporting Autistic candidates to gain employment while also supporting the business community to successfully recruit and employ Autistic individuals. Niamh graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Arts Management from IADT. Here she served two terms as a student union officer, one year as LGBTQ+ Rights Officer and then as Welfare and Equality Officer. Before AsIAm Niamh worked as a WAM Project Officer for AHEAD. Supporting graduates with disabilities into employment.
